DGP manages the entire design process and acts as a bridge between the design consultant and the client, ensuring a seamless connection between the client's needs and the design deliverables:
● Accumulated years of experience in self-owned (Owner) project development, and experienced in the whole process of management and operation from land acquisition to delivery and execution.
● To understand that design management needs
to be carried out from multiple perspectives, taking into factors at all
levels, including government regulations, industry standards, owners' needs and
asset management, at the design stage.
● Familiar with all kinds of special design
and technical consulting capabilities in the market, integrate various
resources to improve the design quality.
● Master all types of cost information, carry out cost management and control from the design stage.
● Design management and coordination starts from planning and concept phase, and control the design direction more comprehensively.
● Manage the execution of the whole design process, coordinate the design cooperation of various professional designers in the stage of concept design, design development and construction drawing design, and review the design deliverables of different stages.
● Provide suggestions of construction feasibility, and value engineer proposal.
