● Inspect completed work prior to the handover and co-ordinate with contractors and vendors to prepare a list of defective works,
describe corrective actions, and develop a schedule of rectification periods
● Manage the progress in rectification of the defects
● Collect, prepare and submit as-built drawings and submittals of the entire project that are generated by the contractors. As-built submittal
shall include any and all modifications incorporated into the project through change ordered and site instructions
● Collect, prepare and complete all the project documentation and transfer to our clients. Documentation shall include but not be limited to:
◎ Permitting documentation
◎ Utility service provider’s design and construction documents
◎ Contract administration documentation
◎ Construction documentation (as-built documents)
◎ Project progress or commissioning photos, video types or DVDs
